sales tax will be added to orders within the province of Ontario, 5% GST will be
added to orders sent to all other provinces.
Gift Message
At checkout you will have the
opportunity to enter "to:" and "from:" information and any special message if
you wish this sent as a gift. You may also indicate any items that you wish to
have wrapped together as a single package or let us know of any other special
request. If no message is given we will put a simple "to:" and "from:" onto the
gift card. All gift tags are handwritten by our web staff to add that special
personal touch.

Checking the status of your order
You may
simply reply to your confirmation e-mail or call us at (519) 846.8890 and ask
for web sales. We are open Monday to Saturday 10 a.m.—p.m and Sunday 11 a.m to 5
p.m. EST. If you don’t reach us, please leave your name and telephone number. We
will respond to your e-mail or telephone call promptly.
Changes
or Cancellations to your order
Please call us with changes and
cancellations immediately. You can also e-mail this information to us at
info@jammedlovely.com. We will accommodate all changes and cancellations as long
as they are received prior to shipping. If these requests are received after
shipping has taken place, please refer to our return
policy.
Returns
Returns are for store credit or
exchange only. We will issue you a gift certificate equal in value to the item.
This will not include shipping. Personalized or custom orders cannot be
returned. Returns must be sent in the original condition they were shipped. To
insure this, simply pack them back into their original packaging. Be sure to
tape the box properly to guarantee the contents will reach us safely. Returns
must be sent pre-paid. We will not accept delivery charges on any orders without
prior consent. All returns should be accompanied with a copy of your original
